處理Disordering(Balance scale)

謝謝Jenny幫忙分析與製表！

由於之前分析時遇到低分的部分有disordering的問題 (應是Static sitting的問題)，

昨天嘗試以不同的方式 recode 之後再分析看看，

嘗試了六種，其中兩種分析結果沒有 disorders，

分析的結果如下(使用之統計軟體─WINSTEPS)：

一、第一種

(一)Recoding

僅修改坐姿的部分（即兩項難度偏低的項目）。

將Poor和Poor+合併→Poor

將Fair-、Fair和Fair+合併→Fair

(二)Difficulty, standard error, and infit and outfit statistic of the Balance scale (n=526)

(三)Raw score, Rasch-Transformed score, and Standard Error

二、第二種

(一)Recoding

1.坐姿的部分

　將Poor和Poor+合併→Poor

　將Fair-、Fair和Fair+合併→Fair

2.站姿的部分僅合併Fair-、Fair和Fair+的部分(試過四項都recoding成一樣，但都會有disorders)

(二)Difficulty, standard error, and infit and outfit statistic of the Balance scale (n=526)

(三)Raw score, Rasch-Transformed score, and Standard Error

以Mokken分析的結果如下：

　　Balance1：原recoding

　　Balance2：F-合併到F

　　Balance3：標準評分

Hi值皆＞0.3，H值皆＞0.5
似乎比想像中的高很多？！

Postural control recoding PART II (依據標準計分方法)

依據標準化評估流程及計分方式，進行第二種recoding方式，
比較與上一種recoding之結果是否有差異。

標準計分：
【靜態平衡】
P：指個案需要外力支撐才能維持坐的平衡，外力包含別人協助或個案自己抓握欄杆或床
F：指無需外力協助下，個案可自己維持坐的靜態平衡
F+：指無需外力協助下，個案可自己維持坐的靜態平衡，並在被推時可至少維持一個方向的平衡
G-：指無需外力協助下，個案可自己維持坐的靜態平衡，並在被推時可至少維持二至三個方向的平衡
G：指無需外力協助下，個案可自己維持坐的靜態平衡，並在被推時可維持四個方向的平衡

【動態平衡】
P：無法保持平衡下撿起任一方向的物品
F：可撿起一個方向的物品並保持平衡
G-：可撿起二個方向的物品並保持平衡
G：可撿起三個方向的物品並保持平衡
